“Sevdiğin Biridir”, ikili ilişkilerde deneyimlenen; hem mesafeyi hem de yakınlığı aynı anda taşıyan bağlara dair bir gözlemden doğar. Sevginin ihtimaller arasında dolaşan yapısını ele alır: değişime inanmanın sürekliliğini, dönüşümün zamana yayılan doğasını ve “olduğu gibi” kabul edişin koruyucu alanını birlikte düşünür.
Kumaş yüzeyine uygulanan asit müdahalesi, ilişkinin katmanlarını açarak formu hafifletir ve ışığı öne çıkarır. Sarılma, burada eksik bir kavuşma değil; dikenlerin arasında dahi sürdürülen, birlikte var olma iradesini taşıyan bir temas hâlidir.
“It’s Someone You Love” stems from an observation about bonds experienced in relationships, which carry both distance and closeness at the same time. It addresses the structure of love that wanders among possibilities: it considers the continuity of believing in change, the nature of transformation spread over time, and the protective space of accepting things “as they are.”
The acid treatment applied to the fabric surface lightens the form and highlights the light by revealing the layers of the relationship. Here, embracing is not an incomplete union; it is a contact that carries the will to exist together, sustained even among thorns.
