Bu videoda, ‘kapıda kalmak’, ‘arafta durmak’ ve ‘içeriye dahil olamamak’ gibi kavramlar ele alınmaktadır. Bu kavramlar, hayatın belirsizliklerini, bekleyiş duygusunu ve umutsuzluğu simgeleyen bir anlatıma sahiptir. Videodaki görünen özne hem bu belirsizliği yok etmeye hem de kendi bulanıklığını giderme peşinde gibidir. Bekleyiş, bir taraftan umutla dolu olabilirken, diğer taraftan da endişe ve korkuları içinde barındırır. Gelecek, eşiğin ardındaki bilinmeyen bir alandır ve insan, bu bilinmeyenle yüzleşirken geçmişiyle de bağlantıdadır. Bekleyişin uzun sürmesi, insanın içsel direncini sınayarak umudu da düşünmesini ister.
In this video, concepts such as “being left at the door,” “standing in between,” and “not being able to enter inside” are explored. These concepts carry a narrative that symbolizes the uncertainties of life, the feeling of waiting, and hopelessness. The visible subject in the video seems to be in pursuit of both eliminating this uncertainty and clearing away their own obscurity. Waiting can, on the one hand, be filled with hope, while on the other, it may harbor anxieties and fears. The future is an unknown realm beyond the threshold, and as a person faces this unknown, they remain connected to their past. The prolongation of waiting tests one’s inner resilience, while also calling for reflection on hope.
