Beden, varlığını reddederek başka bir biçimde ortaya çıkar; yasakla özgürlüğün birbirine dokunduğu bir eşikte asılı kalır. Örtü, yalnızca gizlemez — aynı zamanda yeni bir dil, yeni bir nefes yaratır.Burada bedenin yokluğu bir silinme değil, bir dönüşümdür. Beden, bakışın ve temsilin baskısından sıyrılarak, kendi sessizliğinde var olmanın yeni yollarını arar. Görülmeyi reddederken, aslında daha derin bir görünürlük biçimi yaratır; fiziksel olmaktan çok düşünsel bir varlığa, bir titreşime dönüşür. “Freedom / Taboo”, bastırılanın da bir anlatı kurabileceğini, sessizliğin dahi kendi dilini yaratabileceğini hatırlatır.
Sansürün içinde direnişin, yasak içinde arzunun, görünmezliğin içinde benliğin yeniden tanımlandığı bir alan açar. Bu alanda beden artık yalnızca bir nesne değil; kendini saklayarak var eden, sınırları yeniden çizen bir özne hâline gelir.
This work explores the tension between visibility and invisibility.
The body reveals itself by denying its own presence; it lingers at the threshold where prohibition and freedom touch. The veil does not merely conceal it creates a new language, a new breath.Here, the absence of the body is not an erasure but a transformation.
The body frees itself from the pressure of the gaze and representation, seeking new ways of existence within its own silence. By refusing to be seen, it generates a deeper form of visibility becoming less a physical presence and more a state of thought, a vibration. “Freedom / Taboo” reminds us that even what is suppressed can build its own narrative, and that silence can give birth to a language of its own.
Within censorship lies persistence; within prohibition, desire; within invisibility, the rediscovery of the self. In this space, the body is no longer an object but a being that sustains itself through concealment, redrawing the limits of its own presence.
